Six steps

  1. 01InstallOpen the App Store and install ARSENTIS. On your phone, the icon carries the Arsentis name.
  2. 02OpenLaunch the app. The app first asks you to sign in.
  3. 03The address you ordered withEnter the email you used to order. This email ties your moment to your artwork: with this email, your capture reaches the studio.
  4. 04The code you receiveA code arrives in your inbox. Enter the code, and you are in. No password to remember.
  5. 05Pair your ringIn the app, open the ring screen and follow the pairing. Keep the smart ring near the phone during pairing. The smart ring must be paired to record.
  6. 06Record your momentAt the start of the moment, tap Start. At the end of the moment, tap Finish: the recording goes to the studio.

If something gets stuck

  • You cannot find the app: search for “Arsentis” in the App Store, or point your camera at the code above.
  • The code does not arrive: check your spam, then tap “Resend” on the app’s sign-in screen. A code is valid for one hour.
  • You ordered with a different address: write to us and we will attach your moment to the address of your order.
