The other two experiences arrive with their own shape: a text you read to each other, a silence you hold, a ceremony whose timing someone else has already fixed. That helps when you have no idea where to start, and gets in the way when you know exactly.

Here, nobody tells you what to do. You choose the place, the hour, what you say or refuse to say, and the gesture that opens the window. The atelier will know none of it: it receives what your two hearts did, never what caused it.

This is the only experience whose unfolding belongs entirely to you. What you invent is not submitted to us, not reviewed, not approved — there is nothing to clear, and no conversation to have before ordering.

The frame comes down to four constraints, and they come from the artwork itself rather than from any house rule. Meet them and your capture becomes a print.

An interesting capture is not an agitated one. What draws is the gap: a heart shifting register, climbing then settling, following the other or breaking away from it. Half an hour of even calm produces an almost uniform artwork, however intense the thing you felt.

The moments that give most are the ones where something tips over — you fall quiet after speaking, you touch after keeping your distance, you walk after sitting still. Contrast shows; raw emotion does not. A heartbeat says something happened, never what.

Nothing is listened to and nothing is filmed: only the variations of your two heart rhythms are recorded. What you choose to live through during that half hour therefore never leaves the room you are in, even once the artwork hangs on a wall.

You can record as many captures as you like before choosing one. Nothing expires, and nothing forces you to keep the first: the rings stay yours, so does the app, and the artwork only goes into composition on the day you name the capture that counts.

That is why Carte Blanche needs no conversation up front. An experience you invent yourself is sometimes missed on the first try, and the only useful remedy is not advice from us: it is being able to start again tomorrow without buying anything twice.
